All welcome and admission and vehicle registration is free. Starbucks is closed at that hour so BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee).\n\n \nCaffeine Cruisers Located in the parking lot of the Westgate Shopping Strip Mall. It is located between BIG 5\, DSW & Wells Fargo \nBut everyone seems to know each other.  And they’re all super-friendly.  As well as ready to talk cars well past the 10 AM cut-off. \nSo\, the location is a strip mall at the corner of Hawthorne and Artesia.  And it’s technically in Torrance.  But it’s right on the border of Redondo Beach. \nThere was a Starbucks in the strip mall.
