The powerful energy of this lunar phase allows us to release old paradigms so that we can create new ones. A paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior…AND almost all of our behavior is habitual. \nSound healing has been a modality used for thousands of years…our ancestors from all over the world have been using the power of Sound to shift energy\, balance our Chakras\, and heal trauma. The Crystal Singing bowls work on a cellular level causing our bodies to respond and resonate with the frequencies they create. Our entire bodies are crystalline in structure down to our DNA causing us to respond and resonate to the healing sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls. \nTogether\, we will align with the positive and potent energy of the New Moon in Capricorn and make a commitment to work towards personal goals for a prosperous 2022! \nWe will start this ceremony with some group introductions and share on a group level. \nConnection is the key to feeling apart of.
