DESCRIPTION:TONIGHT- DTLA\nJoin us tonight as The Stowaway is serving up live jazz.  JAZZ JAM HANG @ MAIN ROOM – JAM SESSION \nThe jammin starts at 8pm \n  \n\n\n\n416 S Spring St\, Los Angeles\, CA 90013 \n  \n\nNestled in the basement of The El Dorado Lofts in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ historic core\, The Stowaway has taken quite the journey to shore. Originally opened as the El Dorado in 2016 by Hollywood\, New Orleans and San Francisco nightlife magnate Rio Hackford\, the bar was six years in the making\, and started with the history of the building. In 1914\, financier N.W. Stowell opened the building as the Hotel Stowell\, and the underground tenant was originally a speakeasy. \n  \n\nHackford\, along with his partners Dave Neupert\, Carl Lofgren\, Raub Shapiro and Jim Peres\, built the bar from scratch\, pouring over every detail to create the perfect cocktail lounge – now called The Stowaway. A combination of classic and cutting edge\, the bar is a tribute to its founder and visionary who passed in April 2022. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Rio Room\nDowntown Los Angeles’ newest cocktail lounge The Rio Room is now open to the public. The Rio Room is located within The Stowaway in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles and offers the finest in drinks and entertainment seven days a week. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPolicies\n\nThe Stowaway requires all patrons to be 21+ and fully vaccinated against COVID-19\nPhoto ID is required\nWe reserve the right to refuse entry\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAudio/Video\n\nFor clearance to record audio/video\, the artist must email The Stowaway at least 48 hours prior to the performance.\nAll audio/video recording must be discussed in advance.
