There will be 1Mile & 5k routes followed by recovery services\n\n\nWelcome to the Atwater River Run!\nJoin us for an exciting and fun-filled event at the Atwater River Run! Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a fitness and wellness experience on Sun\, Oct 15\, 2023 at 2985 Glendale Boulevard\, Los Angeles\, CA 90039.   \nWhether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out\, this event offers something for everyone. With a picturesque route along the beautiful Atwater River\, you’ll enjoy stunning views and a refreshing atmosphere throughout the race. \nStarting at 08:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time\, participants will embark on a journey of fitness and camaraderie. The Atwater River Run is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself\, meet fellow runners\, and have a great time with friends and family. \nThere will be 1 mile and (roughly) 5k options. This run is family friendly and by no means a race\, but feel free to push the pace! \nAt the end of the run there will be vendors and recovery services available for all runners including cold plunge\, compression therapy\, bodywork\, IV therapy\, and B12 shots.  \nThere will also be a free to enter raffle for runners to receive a variety of prizes! To enter the free raffle please register for the event. You must be present to claim a prize.  \nSo mark your calendars and get ready to run!
