DESCRIPTION:FREE EVERYDAY at 2pm- on both Zoom and Instagram\nFree Yoga Classes Online classes\, lead by Olivia Snyder-Sparkles is a certified yoga teacher based in New York. Classes stream live EVERY DAY  at 2pm\, but stay posted for 24 hours\, so practice on your own time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHope everyone is staying well. If you’re feeling cooped up and lonely and depressed about the news\, this is a yoga practice that’s designed to help us work through it. \n\nMind Body Glitter\nEvery day\, we are doing a 60-minute yoga and mindfulness practice. Classes are designed for all-levels practitioners from beginners to advanced yogis\, and they are very active. You will sweat (…a lot)! You will wobble! You will picture a balloon tied to your big toe holding you up from wobbling over! This is meditation and mindfulness designed by a neurotic New Yorker for fellow type-A stress-balls who want to find some zen. \nWe will work out and be sore tomorrow\, but we’ll also breathe deep\, be present\, and sleep well tonight. \nPlease note: because live stream classes do not allow for teacher supervision of students’ practice\, you must take responsibility for your own wellness. Please be careful\, and do not push your limits in any way that may cause you injury.
