The Pack Theater was founded by Miles Stroth (The Family\, Heather & Miles) in 2007 as the Miles Stroth Workshop\, and subsequently evolved into a den of viscerally exciting\, unexpected\, and original comedy. \n \nDuring the Covid-19 pandemic\, The Pack Theater was unable to offer our normal classes which would meet at our theater and class spaces in Hollywood\, CA. As conditions have changed and improved\, we are now once again offering In-Person classes. \nSome classes will still be offered Online. Others will have In-Person options. \nThe 4 week Online classes will require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot\, with the rest due prior to the start of classes. Class size is limited to 12.\nThe 8-week In-person classes will also require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot\, with the rest due prior to the start of classes. Class size is limited to 12. (8 for Miles Level 4) \nNote: We require that all students for our In-Person classes be fully vaccinated or be able to provide a negative Covid test taken within 48hrs of the class. DESCRIPTION:EVERY SUNDAY- Third Street Promenade\nSalsa the night away with SALSA FAMILIA\, the Westside’s largest meet-up for salsa lovers on Third Street Promenade Downtown Santa Monica\, every Sunday night starting at 6 pm. Dancers of all levels are invited! Come alone\, bring the family or a date. Arrive early! \nWe are a casual and loosely structured group. We model ourselves after the street salsa gatherings you would find in places like Cuba\, Puerto Rico\, and New York. Not only do we have Salseras and Salseros but entire families\, friends\, and others who are interested in music\, dance\, and photography that gather to listen\, spectate and talk. In addition to Salsa\, there are Tango and Swing Dance Groups on the 3rd Street Promenade. Please feel free to visit and dance with them. The 3rd Street Promenade and nearby Santa Monica Place have restaurants\, theaters\, and street entertainment. \n \n  \n\n \n  \nThe Third Street Promenade is a pedestrian mall esplanade\, shopping\, dining and entertainment complex in the downtown area of Santa Monica\, California which originally opened as the Santa Monica Mall on November 8\, 1965. The 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks with everything from fresh farmers-market produce to designer fashions. \n\n \nDowntown Santa Monica is equal parts shopping haven and street-performer stage. Just east of the Pier\, the 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks that are anchored by upscale Santa Monica Place\, home to more than 80 retailers. With everything from fresh farmers market produce to designer fashions\, it’s a shopper’s nirvana. DESCRIPTION:EVERY SUNDAY- Third Street Promenade\nSalsa the night away with SALSA FAMILIA\, the Westside’s largest meet-up for salsa lovers on Third Street Promenade Downtown Santa Monica\, every Sunday night starting at 6 pm. Dancers of all levels are invited! Come alone\, bring the family or a date. Arrive early! \nWe are a casual and loosely structured group. We model ourselves after the street salsa gatherings you would find in places like Cuba\, Puerto Rico\, and New York. Not only do we have Salseras and Salseros but entire families\, friends\, and others who are interested in music\, dance\, and photography that gather to listen\, spectate and talk. In addition to Salsa\, there are Tango and Swing Dance Groups on the 3rd Street Promenade. Please feel free to visit and dance with them. DESCRIPTION:EVERY SUNDAY- Third Street Promenade\nSalsa the night away with SALSA FAMILIA\, the Westside’s largest meet-up for salsa lovers on Third Street Promenade Downtown Santa Monica\, every Sunday night starting at 6 pm. Dancers of all levels are invited! Come alone\, bring the family or a date. Arrive early! \nWe are a casual and loosely structured group. We model ourselves after the street salsa gatherings you would find in places like Cuba\, Puerto Rico\, and New York. Not only do we have Salseras and Salseros but entire families\, friends\, and others who are interested in music\, dance\, and photography that gather to listen\, spectate and talk. In addition to Salsa\, there are Tango and Swing Dance Groups on the 3rd Street Promenade. Please feel free to visit and dance with them. The 3rd Street Promenade and nearby Santa Monica Place have restaurants\, theaters\, and street entertainment. \n \n  \n\n \n  \nThe Third Street Promenade is a pedestrian mall esplanade\, shopping\, dining and entertainment complex in the downtown area of Santa Monica\, California which originally opened as the Santa Monica Mall on November 8\, 1965. The 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks with everything from fresh farmers-market produce to designer fashions. \n\n \nDowntown Santa Monica is equal parts shopping haven and street-performer stage. Just east of the Pier\, the 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks that are anchored by upscale Santa Monica Place\, home to more than 80 retailers. With everything from fresh farmers market produce to designer fashions\, it’s a shopper’s nirvana. Likewise\, foodies rejoice in the numerous restaurants and bars\, featuring locally sourced ingredients and craft cocktails. There’s excitement around every corner as street performers\, tourists\, locals\, diners\, movie goers\, and more flock to the area. DESCRIPTION:EVERY SUNDAY- Third Street Promenade\nSalsa the night away with SALSA FAMILIA\, the Westside’s largest meet-up for salsa lovers on Third Street Promenade Downtown Santa Monica\, every Sunday night starting at 6 pm. Dancers of all levels are invited! Come alone\, bring the family or a date. Arrive early! \nWe are a casual and loosely structured group. We model ourselves after the street salsa gatherings you would find in places like Cuba\, Puerto Rico\, and New York. Not only do we have Salseras and Salseros but entire families\, friends\, and others who are interested in music\, dance\, and photography that gather to listen\, spectate and talk. In addition to Salsa\, there are Tango and Swing Dance Groups on the 3rd Street Promenade. Please feel free to visit and dance with them. The 3rd Street Promenade and nearby Santa Monica Place have restaurants\, theaters\, and street entertainment. \n \n  \n\n \n  \nThe Third Street Promenade is a pedestrian mall esplanade\, shopping\, dining and entertainment complex in the downtown area of Santa Monica\, California which originally opened as the Santa Monica Mall on November 8\, 1965. The 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks with everything from fresh farmers-market produce to designer fashions. \n\n \nDowntown Santa Monica is equal parts shopping haven and street-performer stage. Just east of the Pier\, the 3rd Street Promenade consists of three open-air\, car-free blocks that are anchored by upscale Santa Monica Place\, home to more than 80 retailers. Then come check out Nuisance every 2nd & 4th Sunday of the Month at the Pack Theater at 8:00 pm! Live Improv Comedy in Hollywood! Join Nuisance for a great night of laughs made up on the spot! Also featuring our sister team\, Mind Reader! \nNuisance starts off grounded and dramatic with a scene between two people\, and then they take you on a journey deconstructing every aspect of that scene. They’ll go too crazy places\, unseen places\, and those sublime moments that have to be seen to be felt. It’s comedy and poetry at the same time! \n \nAlso playing will be Mind Reader\, a fun team that will remind you of Family Guy! \nNuisance is a Pack House Improv Team that performs every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the Month at 8:00 pm alongside sister team Mind Reader. Tickets are just $7.50. You can buy them at this link. Freedom. Fearless. Family. \nThe Pack is a comedy theater and school that is home to some of the wildest\, most innovative comedies anywhere. We offer shows seven nights a week and classes year-round. We are named the Pack because we are a family of hungry\, ballsy\, passionate artists. Our unapologetically bold performers and students are encouraged to take risks and develop their unique comedy voices because at the Pack we believe comedy should be inventive and always evolving. The Pack Theater was founded by Miles Stroth (The Family\, Heather & Miles) in 2007 as the Miles Stroth Workshop\, and subsequently evolved into a den of viscerally exciting\, unexpected\, and original comedy. \n \nDuring the Covid-19 pandemic\, The Pack Theater was unable to offer our normal classes which would meet at our theater and class spaces in Hollywood\, CA. As conditions have changed and improved\, we are now once again offering In-Person classes. \nSome classes will still be offered Online. Others will have In-Person options. \nThe 4 week Online classes will require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot\, with the rest due prior to the start of classes. Class size is limited to 12.\nThe 8-week In-person classes will also require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot\, with the rest due prior to the start of classes. Class size is limited to 12. (8 for Miles Level 4) \nNote: We require that all students for our In-Person classes be fully vaccinated or be able to provide a negative Covid test taken within 48hrs of the class. In class we request that students remain masked when not on stage. Students can either wear or not wear a mask when performing. \nWe will continue utilizing the ZOOM platform.\nPlease download the Zoom meeting software to enable you to join the classes\, FREE at https://zoom.us.\nYou will be sent the meeting room code shortly before your class is scheduled to start.\nAs we are based in Los Angeles\, all class times are PST. \nOnce you reserve your spot in class with a deposit the remaining balance is due prior to the start of the first class.
