Join us for a casual stroll along the sand and hear about what Surfrider Foundation is doing to help sustainability efforts in the community and how you can get involved. \n\n \nWhen: 1st SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH at 10 am (stay as long as you like!) \nWhere: Belmont Pier area of the beach \nWhy: Keep our commitment to keep our beaches tidy for ALL to enjoy \nHow: Bring your own reusable bags and/or gloves to help us pick up trash on the beach. \nSurfrider Foundation Headquarters Waiver: Every beach clean-up volunteer will be required to complete a participatory waiver. DESCRIPTION:EVERY SATURDAY- Long Beach     \n\nWelcome to El Dorado Archers! El Dorado Archers is a Southern California archery club that competes at local and national tournaments but also maintains a local community program that teaches the basics of archery to the public. \n \nThe El Dorado Park Archery Fields are a great way for the community to learn about and to practice archery. The El Dorado Archers welcomes all family members 8 years of age and older! If you are interested in learning about archery\, the El Dorado Archers have classes for beginners every Saturday at the El Dorado Park Archery Field. Everyone is first required to take a Safety Class\, which costs $5 and runs from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every weekend and sign up starts at 8:30 a.m. \n\nA $5 class fee will be charged regardless of using  personal equipment. Club Members are exempt from this fee. \n\n\n\nSATURDAY COMMUNITY ARCHERY CLASS SCHEDULE:\n$5 class fee per person\, cash only \nPlease see our CLASSES page for instructions \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQUESTIONS?\nQ: I have a large group of scouts\, students\, birthday party\, etc. Can you help us?\nA: We are not offering any private instruction at this time. We are currently asking that scout based programs attend our safety class to meet their scout requirments. \nNote: We can only accommodate groups occasionally and only on Saturdays as that is our chartered range time with the city. \nQ: Do I have to take the Archery Safety Class first?\nA: Yes\, for your safety and everyone else\, it is important to complete our safety class so you are aware of the range rules.  Please refer to our CLASSSES Page on how to sign up. \nQ: Even if I have shot before?\nA: Yes\, if you want to participate in the club’s classes.  However\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the grass field. \nQ: Are archery classes held on any other day?\nA: No\, we only offer classes on Saturday. \n \nQ: Can I shoot at the park by myself?\nA: Yes\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the targets permanently set up on the grass field during park hours only. El Dorado Archers is a Southern California archery club that competes at local and national tournaments but also maintains a local community program that teaches the basics of archery to the public. \n \nThe El Dorado Park Archery Fields are a great way for the community to learn about and to practice archery. The El Dorado Archers welcomes all family members 8 years of age and older! If you are interested in learning about archery\, the El Dorado Archers have classes for beginners every Saturday at the El Dorado Park Archery Field. Everyone is first required to take a Safety Class\, which costs $5 and runs from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every weekend and sign up starts at 8:30 a.m. \n\nA $5 class fee will be charged regardless of using  personal equipment. Club Members are exempt from this fee. \n\n\n\nSATURDAY COMMUNITY ARCHERY CLASS SCHEDULE:\n$5 class fee per person\, cash only \nPlease see our CLASSES page for instructions \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQUESTIONS?\nQ: I have a large group of scouts\, students\, birthday party\, etc. Can you help us?\nA: We are not offering any private instruction at this time. El Dorado Archers is a Southern California archery club that competes at local and national tournaments but also maintains a local community program that teaches the basics of archery to the public. \n \nThe El Dorado Park Archery Fields are a great way for the community to learn about and to practice archery. The El Dorado Archers welcomes all family members 8 years of age and older! If you are interested in learning about archery\, the El Dorado Archers have classes for beginners every Saturday at the El Dorado Park Archery Field. Everyone is first required to take a Safety Class\, which costs $5 and runs from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every weekend and sign up starts at 8:30 a.m. \n\nA $5 class fee will be charged regardless of using  personal equipment. Club Members are exempt from this fee. \n\n\n\nSATURDAY COMMUNITY ARCHERY CLASS SCHEDULE:\n$5 class fee per person\, cash only \nPlease see our CLASSES page for instructions \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQUESTIONS?\nQ: I have a large group of scouts\, students\, birthday party\, etc. Can you help us?\nA: We are not offering any private instruction at this time. We are currently asking that scout based programs attend our safety class to meet their scout requirments. \nNote: We can only accommodate groups occasionally and only on Saturdays as that is our chartered range time with the city. \nQ: Do I have to take the Archery Safety Class first?\nA: Yes\, for your safety and everyone else\, it is important to complete our safety class so you are aware of the range rules.  Please refer to our CLASSSES Page on how to sign up. \nQ: Even if I have shot before?\nA: Yes\, if you want to participate in the club’s classes.  However\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the grass field. \nQ: Are archery classes held on any other day?\nA: No\, we only offer classes on Saturday. \n \nQ: Can I shoot at the park by myself?\nA: Yes\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the targets permanently set up on the grass field during park hours only. If you are interested in learning about archery\, the El Dorado Archers have classes for beginners every Saturday at the El Dorado Park Archery Field. Everyone is first required to take a Safety Class\, which costs $5 and runs from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every weekend and sign up starts at 8:30 a.m. \n\nA $5 class fee will be charged regardless of using  personal equipment. Club Members are exempt from this fee. \n\n\n\nSATURDAY COMMUNITY ARCHERY CLASS SCHEDULE:\n$5 class fee per person\, cash only \nPlease see our CLASSES page for instructions \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQUESTIONS?\nQ: I have a large group of scouts\, students\, birthday party\, etc. Can you help us?\nA: We are not offering any private instruction at this time. We are currently asking that scout based programs attend our safety class to meet their scout requirments. \nNote: We can only accommodate groups occasionally and only on Saturdays as that is our chartered range time with the city. \nQ: Do I have to take the Archery Safety Class first?\nA: Yes\, for your safety and everyone else\, it is important to complete our safety class so you are aware of the range rules.  Please refer to our CLASSSES Page on how to sign up. \nQ: Even if I have shot before?\nA: Yes\, if you want to participate in the club’s classes.  However\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the grass field. \nQ: Are archery classes held on any other day?\nA: No\, we only offer classes on Saturday. \n \nQ: Can I shoot at the park by myself?\nA: Yes\, if you have your own equipment\, you can shoot on the targets permanently set up on the grass field during park hours only.
