Check the schedule below for the date and location that works best for you. We have beginner\, intermediate and advanced level rides. \nNote that there are road\, off-road and MTB ride options. Bring an appropriate bike in good working order\, fluids and a helmet. Recommended accessories include: spare tube\, inflation\, energy food and cash. Rides are subject to change\, please check the ride updates on Facebook for the most current information. No parking in Helen’s Cycles parking lots. Please be courteous of our neighbors when you arrive. If so\, then you should check out the free yoga classes offered every Friday at the Dockweiler Youth Center! \n \nWhat to Expect\nThe free yoga classes are held from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Fridays. The classes are open to all levels\, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi\, you’re welcome to join. The classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through a series of poses that will help you relax and rejuvenate. \n \nBenefits of Yoga\nYoga is a great way to improve your physical and mental health.
