DESCRIPTION:OPEN EVERY DAY- DTLA Wells Fargo Center\nGraham Garden integrates Fountain Figures I-IV\, a collection of graceful sculptures created by late Los Angeles artist Robert Graham\, in a newly designed outdoor plaza at Halo. For over fifty years\, Robert Graham’s observation of the female form and use of scale allowed him to explore and create a range of intimate sized works and large public monuments\, widely celebrated for their precise iconic detail. \nThe sculptures were originally part of CRA/LA’s mission in 1985 to incorporate public art in redevelopment projects and revitalize Downtown Los Angeles. The four sculptures are currently situated in an exterior landscaped setting that Graham’s son\, Steven Graham\, consulted on as part of the renovation at Wells Fargo Center. \n  \n \nRobert Graham\, was a Mexican born sculptor\, and although you may not be familiar with his name\, you probably ARE familiar with some of his work. Graham’s monumental bronzes commemorate the human figure\, and are featured in 11 public places in and around the city of Angels. Including; The Olympic Gateway at the Memorial Coliseum\, The Torso at Rodeo Drive\, The Great Bronze Doors and Statue of Mary at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels\, and The Dance Door – Los Angeles Music Center \n  \n \nAnd now\, you can see his latest collection. The Robert Graham Sculpture Garden gracefully nestled in the newly designed outdoor plaza at Halo\, at Wells Fargo Center. \nThis collection is a unique addition\, to the Olympic Celebration\, coming to LA in 2028\, The collection of four bronze fountain figures\, was inspired by gymnastic athleticism\, strength\, and beauty. Fountain waters flow over bronze and granite pedestals into a shallow reflecting pools\, which are integrated into the Halo’s landscape. \nYou will find the Robert Graham Sculpture Garden at the very top of Bunker Hill\, in DTLA at 330 S Hope St between Hope and Grand. \nGraham Garden are open 24/7\nThe Graham Sculpture Garden is within walking distance of MOCA\, The Broad\, The Walt Disney Concert Hall\, The Music Center\, Grand Park\, Angels Flight and Grand Central Market. Kusama’s Infinity Mirrored Room—The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away (2013) is now open with reservations required in advance. Kusama’s Longing for Eternity (2017) is on view on the third floor and doesn’t require reservations. Complicated and powerful\, the work offers fresh ideas of what a table\, sculpture\, and memory can mean. \n  \n  \n \nUsing the recognizable form of a balloon twisted into the shape of a dog\, Koons has frozen a moment in time\, exaggerating both scale and material. \nBalloon Dog (Blue) is literal and abstract.
