Get ready to connect with your body & make some new friends. \n\nEnjoy the Temescal Canyon Hike with a supportive community! This early hike is a great way to begin your day and take in the tranquility of the great outdoors without the crowd. The Temescal Canyon is a great place for hikers of all levels and you will finish the hike feeling like you’ve done something good for yourself. This hike will be led by Lisa\, an avid hiker\, hairstylist\, reiki practitioner\, and more 🙂 We will meet at the park entrance. \n\nTemescal Canyon Hike\n\nThis event is sponsored by The Phoenix\, a nonprofit organization that leverages community and fitness to lead a healthy lifestyle without substance use. We ask only one thing from our participants — 48 hours of sobriety.
