Check the schedule below for the date and location that works best for you. We have beginner\, intermediate and advanced level rides. \nNote that there are road\, off-road and MTB ride options. Bring an appropriate bike in good working order\, fluids and a helmet. Recommended accessories include: spare tube\, inflation\, energy food and cash. Rides are subject to change\, please check the ride updates on Facebook for the most current information. No parking in Helen’s Cycles parking lots. Please be courteous of our neighbors when you arrive. SUMMARY:Free Summer Lunch & Snack Program
DESCRIPTION:FREE LUNCH AND SNACK PROGRAM – LA County Recreation Centers\n\n\n\n\n\nFree Summer Lunch and Snack Program has begun! Youth 18 years old and younger can enjoy a healthy lunch and snack at select LA County parks. Kids are invited to receive free nutritious lunch and snacks that include vegetables\, fruits\, seeds and healthy dairy products like milk\, string cheese and yogurt. The program is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle\, elevate energy levels and ensure children do not go hungry while playing at the park. Created to help reduce the growing percentage of young people in the United States challenged by obesity or lack of consistent access to wholesome meals\, the program aims to provide a healthy alternative for youth while school is out for the summer. \nProgram is Monday thru Friday\nJune 15 thru August 6\nLunch is served from 12 to 1 p.m.\nSnack is served from 3 to 4 p.m. \nDue to health and safety restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19\, lunch and snack will be available for pick up only. Face coverings and physical distancing of six feet are required.
