DESCRIPTION:EVERY 3rd SUNDAY- Helen’s Cycles Santa Monica\n\nHelen’s Cycles hosts great local rides\, that really bring our community together. Check the schedule below for the date and location that works best for you. We have beginner\, intermediate and advanced level rides. \nNote that there are road\, off-road and MTB ride options. Bring an appropriate bike in good working order\, fluids and a helmet. Recommended accessories include: spare tube\, inflation\, energy food and cash. Rides are subject to change\, please check the ride updates on Facebook for the most current information. No parking in Helen’s Cycles parking lots. Please be courteous of our neighbors when you arrive. Rides leave from Helen’s Cycles location\, except as noted. \nSee shop ride schedules here on Facebook. \n\n\nRIDE INFO:\n\n\nEvery 3rd Sunday\n\nHelen’s Cycles Santa Monica/TriFit – beginner road ride\nRoute: Local canyons such as Mandeville or Amalfi \nMeet: Helen’s Cycles Santa Monica \nGather: 7:45 AM \nRollout: 8:00 AM \nGet Directions\n\n\nDetails for Every Ride\nAll riders need to be: \n\ncomfortable riding in a group\nable to ride 14-22 mph on the flats\non road bikes w/ clip-in pedals only – no hybrids\ncomfortable riding 3+ hours\n\nBe sure to bring extra CO2 and tubes in case of flats and don’t forget to charge your daytime running lights and your bike computer! \nFor rides starting at the shop: please be quiet and courteous for our neighbors when you arrive for the ride.
