The Venice High flea market is arranged by the Gondolier Booster Club, a not-for-profit organization that supports the students and faculty of Venice High School in the west side of Los Angeles. So be safe in the knowledge that not only are you doing sustainable shopping, all proceeds will also be going to a good cause. The market takes place on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. What’s more, admission and parking is absolutely free!

Amongst the mountains of second-hand goodies, you will discover rare vinyl records, one-of-a-kind works of art, engraved silver cuff-links, and postcards with views of California in the 1960’s. Venice High flea market is exactly what a flea market should be, simple, laid-back, cheap, and full of interesting vintage products. There is a good selection of food trucks, so you can tuck into some yummy food whilst shopping.

This flea market is one of the best kept secrets in town. Customers love it for it’s friendly atmosphere and cool vibe. Vendors love it for its cheap price to set up shop ($25), and all of the eager vintage enthusiasts that visit their stalls. If you are looking for funky jewelry, old-school electronics or retro garments, you’ll surely find it at Venice High flea market. Hardly any of the vendors accept card, so make sure you have your cash ready. Also, don’t forget to bring sun screen!
