Santa Monica Beach Flag Football is a diverse group of flag football fanatics. We welcome adult players of all ages and experience levels. Our motto is safety first, then sportsmanship, fun, exercise, and competition. Come make new friends, have fun, and get exercise at the beach. Our concise rules incentive women and men to receive the ball equally. And the best part about our group is that we play every Saturday 52 weeks per year and all of our games are 100% FREE.

About Our Group
3 FIELDS…6 TEAMS…AND 60 PLAYERS… THE LARGEST AND LONGEST CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING WEEKLY FLAG FOOTBALL GROUP IN THE COUNTRY!
Our Games
We play a fun style of pick-up flag football with NO contact, taunting, or other aggressive behavior. “Pick-up” means that the players on each team change weekly. We play 7 on 7 and games run for about an hour. We play two games per event, but players may come and go as they desire.
We play on the beach because it’s fun, and our members are 28 times less likely to suffer a major injury in the sand than if playing on grass or turf.

We play @ Santa Monica beach on the sand in front of lifeguard tower 29 near 101 Ocean Front Walk, Venice, CA 90291
You’ll need to find parking elsewhere. You cannot miss us if you walk up NAVY STREET towards the beach. We set up our fields right at the border of Venice and Santa Monica beach where the boardwalk vendors end.
