Hello Friends! The powerful energy of this lunar phase allows us to release old paradigms so that we can create new ones. A paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior…AND almost all of our behavior is habitual.

Sound healing has been a modality used for thousands of years…our ancestors from all over the world have been using the power of Sound to shift energy, balance our Chakras, and heal trauma. The Crystal Singing bowls work on a cellular level causing our bodies to respond and resonate with the frequencies they create. Our entire bodies are crystalline in structure down to our DNA causing us to respond and resonate to the healing sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls.

Together, we will align with the positive and potent energy of the New Moon in Capricorn and make a commitment to work towards personal goals for a prosperous 2022!

We will start this ceremony with some group introductions and share on a group level.

This ceremony is for all, those new and experienced in the practices of meditation and sound baths. No experience is necessary. You will be held in a safe space and guided through the experience.

Join us for a communal experience on the sandy beach as we explore a bit about this moon cycle.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as yoga attire or what works for you. Bring a towel, blanket or eye pillows. Or anything else that you need for comfort.

We will be NORTHSIDE of the Venice Pier facing the Beautiful Santa Monica Mountains on The Sandy Venice Beach. Along side the lifeguard station.
