Helen’s Cycles hosts great local rides, that really bring our community together. Check the schedule below for the date and location that works best for you. We have beginner, intermediate and advanced level rides.

Note that there are road, off-road and MTB ride options. Bring an appropriate bike in good working order, fluids and a helmet. Recommended accessories include: spare tube, inflation, energy food and cash. Rides are subject to change, please check the ride updates on Facebook for the most current information. No parking in Helen’s Cycles parking lots. Please be courteous of our neighbors when you arrive. Rides leave from Helen’s Cycles location, except as noted.

Details for Every Ride

All riders need to be:

• comfortable riding in a group
• able to ride 14-22 mph on the flats
• on road bikes w/ clip-in pedals only – no hybrids
• comfortable riding 3+ hours

Be sure to bring extra CO2 and tubes in case of flats and don’t forget to charge your daytime running lights and your bike computer!

For rides starting at the shop: please be quiet and courteous for our neighbors when you arrive for the ride. There is plenty of extended meter parking on the street; please no parking in the Helen’s Cycles parking lot.
