Sundays with Sunshine and Service: Join the Echo Park Trash Club Crew! Looking for a way to brighten your Sunday and make a real difference in your community? Look no further than the Echo Park Trash Club! Every Sunday, from 10 am to 12 pm, we roll up our sleeves and join forces to clean up our beloved park, one piece of trash at a time.

Here’s why you should join our friendly crew

Feel-good vibes: Get outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with fellow nature lovers while making a positive impact.
Community spirit: Be part of a diverse and welcoming group passionate about protecting our local green space.
Simple action, big impact: Every piece of trash collected makes a difference for the environment and the ecosystem that calls Echo Park home.
Learn and grow: Discover fun facts about waste reduction, sustainable practices, and the local flora and fauna.
No experience needed: All you need is a willingness to lend a hand and a positive attitude. We’ll provide the bags, gloves, and know-how.

Beyond the cleanup

Our club is more than just picking up litter. We’re a vibrant community dedicated to environmental justice and education. Throughout the week, we host workshops, film screenings, and discussions on a range of eco-friendly topics.

Joining is easy:

Just meet us near the Echo Park Lake boathouse at 10 am on any Sunday. Don’t forget to bring your sunscreen, wear comfortable shoes, and come with a smile!
