Join Adidas Runners LA in FREE virtual running sessions. Adidas Runners is a free running community with daily events from running to strength and nutrition. These sessions are delivered to you via video.

FREE Tempo Run
The Tempo Run is a moderate sustained effort sandwiched between a warm up and cool down. Tempo Run’s are an effective way of building a runner’s ability to sustain faster speeds over time.
FREE Long Run
The Long Run is measured in distance rather than time. Distance measurement helps to build a foundation for longer aerobic runs and races. The run is either 4 or 6 miles distances at an easy pace.
We participate in a proper Warm Up with the use of Adidas Running app to monitor our progress. We also, focus on relaxing at a slower pace while ending with a proper Cool Down.
FREE Virtual Nutrition
Tune in each week to nutrition coach Lottie’s Nutriton Tlks. In this session Lottie will have a different guest each week where they will create a recipe together and discuss topics around fueling plus nutrition. This dynamic conversation will supply useful tips for any athlete who is looking to learn more about nutrition and healthy habits!
